Our History
Established in 2005, Northbrook Homes aims to provides individualised support in a nurturing environment, where people’s rights, independence and choices are actively promoted
Specialists in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, we welcome people of all ability levels – from those that enjoy their independence to those needing all-around support
Our range of care is bespoke to each individual’s needs, so all of our residents are encouraged to lead an enriched life, supported by our engaging social programme designed around our residents choices and preferences.
We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, safe and engaging environment that our residents can call home. All of our residents are provided with their own individual bedrooms, which they are free to decorate and furnish as they wish.
With 24 hr support, 7 days a week, our friendly, well-trained team, are always on hand to provide the highest levels of care in a homely, comfortable and safe environment that all of our residents are happy to call home.
Our Services
Northbrook Homes currently operates two care homes in Redbridge; Northbrook Care Home and St Lukes Care Home
Our 5 beds residential care units, allows us to provide personalised one-to-one care, ensuring that our residents get all the support and care they deserve
Our Team
Northbrook Homes is dedicated to the continuous development and improvement of our staff, in a way that that directly improves the quality of life of our residents
All new staff are required to attend and complete a general, and service-specific induction programme which meets Care Certificate requirements
